**Key account Executive**

**Objetivo**:
Impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra cartera de clientes al identificar oportunidades de negocio, establecer relaciones sólidas y cerrar acuerdos exitosos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Generación de Leads**: Utilizar diversas estrategias, como prospección en redes sociales, asistencia a eventos de la industria y colaboraciones estratégicas, para identificar y desarrollar leads de alta calidad.
- **Investigación de Mercado**: Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias de la industria y comprender los desafíos comunes que enfrentan las empresas en la contratación de talento. Utilizar este conocimiento para adaptar nuestras soluciones y propuestas a las necesidades específicas de cada cliente.
- **Desarrollo de Relaciones**: Establecer relaciones sólidas y a largo plazo con los clientes potenciales y actuales. Comprender sus objetivos y desafíos para ofrecer soluciones de reclutamiento personalizadas que agreguen valor.
- **Presentación de Propuestas**: Articular de manera efectiva cómo nuestros servicios pueden abordar las necesidades de personal de los clientes. Presentar propuestas persuasivas que demuestren el valor real de nuestros servicios y cómo pueden tener un impacto positivo en la estrategia de contratación de un cliente.
- **Negociación y Cierre**: Llevar a cabo negociaciones efectivas, superar objeciones y cerrar acuerdos exitosos. Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo interno para garantizar una transición fluida desde la venta hasta la implementación de los servicios.
- **Gestión de la Cartera de Clientes**: Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes, seguimiento de propuestas y acuerdos, y gestionar de manera efectiva la cartera de clientes para maximizar las oportunidades de ingresos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de reclutamiento y selección de personal B2B.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Conocimiento sólido de las prácticas de reclutamiento y recursos humanos.
- Habilidad para establecer relaciones sólidas y mantener conexiones a largo plazo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y autónoma.
- Conocimiento de herramientas y tecnologías relacionadas con el reclutamiento (opcional).

**Ofrecemos**:

- Modelo de compensación sobre comisiones por facturación, ingresos desde 10,000 al mes.
