**Accounts Payables Analyst**

The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for working in the part of an Indirect Purchasing team that is responsible of making sure that all the distribution centers have all the equipment necessary to operate (Examples: Security, cleaning, labels, Safety equipments/services).
**Accountabilities**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Operations Management, Engineering or applicable degree required.
- 0-2 years of Account Payables/ Procurement
- Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle in a dynamic Supply Chain
- Ability to positively influence teams outside of direct responsibility and across multiple business units
- Working knowledge of Oracle preferred
- Utilize technical/functional knowledge that creates opportunities and solves business problems
- Strong strategic ability
- Ability to identify business issues and generate solutions
- Self-starter with attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related
- Recent graduates with internship experience desired.
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills, desirable French and Brazilian portuguese
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to influence decision making
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
