La Experiência de Nuestros Clientes, es el factor vital de lealtad a nuestra marca.Tu misión como Client Success Specialist será ayudarnos a impulsar los resultados corporativos a través de cuidar la relación y comunicación con nuestro cliente, de forma que podamos asegurar que atendemos cada uno de sus requerimientos con los servicios y procesos adecuados.
**Cómo Client Success Specialist estarás encargado de**:
- Ser el primer punto de contacto con el cliente para sus requerimientos
- Mantener claridad en los objetivos y metas que el cliente persigue a través de nuestros servicios
- Dar puntual seguimiento a sus necesidades para generar la confianza necesaria hacia nuestros procesos
- Crear estrategias de satisfacción, retención y fidelización
- Trabajar en equipo internamente para asegurar que cada parte de la organización se suma a lograr los objetivos planteados en tiempo y forma.
- Tener un entendimiento y análisis estricto de métricas que le permitan identificar áreas de mejora que permitan mejorar los resultados.
**Requerimientos**:
- Carrera concluida o en proceso idealmente relacionado al campo de las relaciones públicas, administración de empresas, Negocios Internacionales etc
- Inglés y Español Avanzado
- Enfocado a resultados y a la resolución de problemas
- Multitasking
- Excelente comunicación y relaciones interpersonales
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 45 horas a la semana
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Salario: $17,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mes
Horario:
- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
