Now, as we expand our footprint in Monterrey, Mexico, we're seeking a passionate Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team and drive excellence in execution.

As a TPM, you'll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating directly with our manufacturing partners in the United States. Leveraging your engineering background and manufacturing expertise, you'll oversee high mix/low volume projects, ensuring they align with customer requirements, stay within budget, and exceed expectations. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers' needs and our manufacturing capabilities, ensuring seamless project execution and unparalleled customer satisfaction.

But that's not all. As a key member of our team, you'll spearhead the adoption of our established processes in a new region, driving innovation and efficiency every step of the way. You'll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and lead cross-_functional_ projects to enhance our workflow and systems. **What You'll Be Doing**
- **Project Management**: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Identify and mitigate risks, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- **Work Order Assignment**: Schedule and oversee the distribution of manufacturing work orders to fulfill customer demands.
- **Production Issue Resolution**: Address technical queries from manufacturers to optimize production processes.
- **Change Order Management**: Evaluate and _implement_ post-sale change requests while minimizing associated risks._implement_ post-sale change requests while minimi
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive tactical and strategic enhancements to our project management workflow.
- **Communication Management**: Proactively communicate with stakeholders to identify challenges and _implement_ solutions effectively.

**Desired Traits**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hardware/manufacturing.
- Strong team orientation and exceptional communication skills.
- Previous experience working in night shifts.
- Fluent in English with experience in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following manufacturing processes: 3DP Printing (MUST), _CNC_ Machining (MUST), Rapid Tooling (preferred), _Injection_ Molding (preferred), Urethane Casting (preferred), Sheet Metal Fabrication (preferred).
- Proven project management skills with a focus on scope, timing, and quality management.
- Understanding of quality management, testing, and logistics.
- Experience in low volume piece part and proto builds preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- History of data-driven decision-making.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Adaptable and resilient in navigating ambiguous situations.
- Appreciation for systems that are both repeatable and adaptable.
