**Your main duties will be**:

- Assist sales teams in generating leads.
- Follow-up on all inbound leads (goal: no later than 2 hours from receiving lead).
- Schedule sales presentations for local executive teams.
- Generate new leads and leverage referrals.
- Manage the sales database, including online research and data collection for prospects and competitors.
- Maintenance of the company’s contact management database.
- Perform administrative support for the sales process.
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports.

**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 CST._

**Minimum requirements**
- High School diploma
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Goal-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
