Front Office Manager
- Experiência en hotelería mínima 4 años en all inclusive 4/5 diamantes.
- Inglés avanzado, hablado, escrito y leído.
- Disponibilidad de horario.
- Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
- Verificar el pronóstico de ocupación para identificar sobreventas, proporcionar supervisión, dirección y liderazgo en el departamento de Front según los objetivos, desempeño y estándares de calidad. Mantener en todo momento un control de habitaciones fuera de servicio y peticiones para las correctas asignaciones de llegadas y maximizar la disponibilidad de venta.
- Gestionar las oportunidades de huéspedes y comentarios relacionados con el departamento. Supervisar que se elabore el reporte de comisiones por ventas. Capacitar y retroalimentar al personal sobre nuevas tarifas, promociones y/o actualizaciones de los diferentes equipos de su área, como son sistema hotelero, cambio de moneda, terminales bancarias, etc.
