About the Opportunity


We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at One&Only Mandarina, a stunning resort in Mexico's last tropical beachfront jungle. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious environment and be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes guest satisfaction.


About You


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of luxury hotel operations. Your analytical mind and composed character will enable you to prevent and resolve any potential issues that may arise.


You will be responsible for training and facilitating tools to complete daily tasks, ensuring standards and policies are consistently met. Your interpersonal abilities will make you an exceptional point of contact with every guest, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure seamless communication with guests and colleagues
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and promote a positive team culture

Requirements:



  • Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced English language proficiency (90% minimum)
  • Proficient in MS Office, ALICE, and Micros Opera
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural leadership and management abilities
  • Qualified financial analyst with billing knowledge
  • Critical thinker and remarkable problem solver
  • Expertise in product and brand knowledge
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of cashier operations, hotel business operations, up-selling techniques, revenue maximization, teamwork, developing others, motivating others, planning/organization, problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, concern for quality, initiative, customer service orientation, listening/oral skills, analytical thinking, stress management, enthusiastic personality, friendly, and caring
