With a highly skilled and experienced professional team, they have dedicated their entire existence to providing their clients with top-quality artistry and high-end service that takes their management and maintenance to the next level.
A**s a Property Management Office Assistant, some of your main activities will be**:
- Enter data into the company system to ensure accurate digital records, files, and communications.
- Follow up on open work and material orders and enter them for processing.
- Follow up on small to large-scale maintenance requests.
- Manage resident correspondence promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Attend and follow up on emergency service and repair requests in a prompt manner.
**SCHEDULE**
M-F 8:00 to 17:00 CST.
Daylight saving: 7:00 to 16:00 CST MEX

- Advanced English (Verbal and Writing).
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, or similar position.
- Experience running end-to-end ticketing processes.
- Experience using MS Office 365.
- Ability to Multitask.
- Tech Savvy
