Operations Coordinator Row

The operations Coordinator is crucial to the successful delivery of program itineraries, working closely with suppliers,
vendors, and internal team members to procure and fulfill logístical arrangements. This involves developing
comprehensive itinerary proposals that meet client requirements, reserving and booking services while managing
supplier relationships and negotiations. Overseeing tour logistics to ensure seamless execution and attention to
detail; additionally, the operations Coordinator maintains cost control, processes supplier payments with accuracy
as needed, and demonstrates a proactive problem-solving approach, adapting to uncertainties and tight deadlines
with a solution-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery
- Conduct quality control of services and address any service-oriented issues
- Manage operational costs for the area, ensuring budget adherence as needed.
- Supervise tour itineraries within the region, checking for feasibility and logistics
- Allocate services with suppliers, balancing price and quality in a timely manner
- Review, approve, and process invoices with accuracy
- Manage booking requirements, tracking group space proposals and special requirements
- Assist in building guidelines, methodology, and best practices to continuously improve the quotation and
fulfillment process
- Record and track important program deadlines and milestones
- Maintain close communication with internal departments and management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in English with a second language preferable
- Good knowledge of world geography and culture
- Work experience in a field related to tourism and/or experience abroad preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of employees
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software products
- Negotiation and budget management skills
- Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across multiple product lines
- Strong traceability skills and basic Excel management.
