Eaton’s ES CRDS WD Wiring Devices division is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor.

**What you’ll do**:
"Manages of all related activities to ensure the alignment of the procedures to achieve the objectives according with Eaton Vision Strategy and Culture. Able to coordinate internal customers to exceed the expectations of external customers."

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service
a. Building relationship with the external customers and internal customers
b. Lead internal teams to solve external customer issues to meet their requirements
d. Developing and analyze the sales information to identify opportunities to improve performance for external customers.
e. Prioritize product assignment when the demand is higher than production schedule.
g. Lead Monday's meetings with Finance, Quality, Sourcing and Sales
h. Lead biweekly E&O meetings to reduce the Excess and Obsolete amounts
i. Lead daily importations meeting to ensure shipping arrivals on time and take decisions about schedule of arrivals
j. Lead priorities meeting on Fridays to ensure to use the correct resources to work over priorities to increase service levels
k. Maintenance and external and internal support users of Order Center
l. Daily track of OTTR to reach at least 85%
m. Follow up the oldest Back Order with planners to reduce it at least 45 days
n. Generating of sale report of Power Connection when it is needed
o. Generate and send daily sales report
p. Follow up twice per week the priority report with planners to obtain delivery times for internal and external customers

**Qualifications**:
Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial engineering, or related

Experience: 3 - 5 years in similar position

English intermidiate

Excel advanced
