Overview:
THE ROLE:
The Designer is an integral part of the Distributor Compliance Education Strategy within WW Member Business Practices & Compliance (MPC). The MPC Team is responsible for creating engaging Distributor compliance education materials worldwide for over 90 markets where Herbalife operates. This position is responsible for developing assets (videos, graphics, web design, e-learning, etc.) that supports the Distributor’s understanding of the Rules of Road and the whys behind them.

This role is responsible for supporting regulatory initiatives for MPC.
Work closely on Privacy and Legal Distributor education as required.
The work ranges from simple tasks like auditing, metadata creation, and publishing to more complex projects like interactive websites, video production, etc.
They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy; aligned with the laws, rules, and brand guidelines as well as adhering to timelines of the jobs assigned to them. They will develop easy to understand training material on complex topics in alignment with the strategy of the MPC and Legal departments, and must adhere to the tone, and philosophy of the Company.

They must possess strong communication and follow-up skills to meet deadlines. They will work with global cross-functional teams.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

- Assist with design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective educational material (web pages, flyers, print material, booklets, e-learnings, and videos), using a variety of content authoring tools and instructional design methodologies.
- Prepare content for publishing to various web interfaces following standard procedures such as naming conventions, categorization, file size, format, and others.
- Develop personalized content for internal and external clients for international markets.
- Maintain brand appearance by adhering to content and brand standards.
- Engage with end-users, stakeholders, and senior management from across regions and countries to collect input for requirements gathering and product scoping, up to completion of the project.
- Collaboratively work with peers and key cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization
- Manage deadlines and update project status through Project Management Tools
- Understand the functionality of the systems supported and the development of a framework for system implementation and maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and ensure work is aligned with MPC and Legal Distributor Compliance Education strategies.

Worldwide Direct Sales Compliance (DSC) in the MPC Department leads the Strategy to Protect the Business of all Distributors. Highly specialized in understanding the Rules and supporting development of solving the potential educational challenges. Provides nimble full-service support from scope and design to production and publishing. Be part of a dynamic team environment. Projects begin with the Rules. Educational content is an integral part of MPC coaching packages, staff training, and field operations, a crucial part of the MPC Vision & Strategy.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
**Skills**:

- Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.
- Ability to adhere to operating procedures, project scope, business and technical requirements, site maps and wireframes. Capable of verifying content compatibility across various browsers, mobile devices, and MAC and PC systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity and to function as a team member.
- Display flexibility and assist with ad-hoc projects/presentations as needed.
- Able to prioritize work, solve problems, meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in Spanish / English.

**Experience**:

- 4+ years developing content for various campaigns.
- Experience prioritizing schedules for daily tasks
- Experience in developing eLearning and video tutorials.
- Experience in web-based technologies.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as graphic design, instructional technology, or communications
- Experience in instructional design
- Experience in video production
- Web-based written content experience
- Experienced in copy writing and multimedia editing.
- Experience with CMS, KML, and LMS knowledge systems for dynamic content management; identify and troubleshoot technology issues.
- Ability to create 3D renders of environments, products and more (Preferred tool: Blender).
