**SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER**

Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Sales Executive con experiência en ventas y desarrollo B2B, conocimiento en Fintech; prospección y cierre de nuevos negocios, conocimiento de estrategias comerciales. Generará nuevos negocios, incrementando la cartera de clientes y desarrollando la ya existente. Desarrollar estrategias duraderas con nuestros posibles clientes

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Identificación de mercados, canales y clientes potenciales.
- Desarrollar oportunidades de negocio: desde la búsqueda, desarrollo de propuestas aterrizadas en la necesidad del cliente, elaboración de estrategia de pricing, desarrollo de modelos de negocio.
- Desarrollar una red de referidos de alto potencial.
- Visitar clientes para identificar las necesidades potenciales y obtener insights que serán parte de las mejoras o actualizaciones de las plataformas Pagaloop.

**FUNCIONES**:

- Mantener información vigente y real en CRM, con la información que obtengas en tu proceso de prospección.
- Realizar reportes de ventas (semanal y mensual) con el apoyo del CRM.
- Trabajo interdisciplinario con otras áreas para brindar una solución efectiva al cliente.
- Enfocado en resultados.
- Cumplimiento de metas.

**HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS**:

- Manejo de Herramienta Office (Excel, Power Point) y preferible que maneje plataformas de control de ventas (CRM PREFERENTEMENTE HUBSPOT )
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias de la industria, la terminología, las aplicaciones básicas de software y las competencias en el sector.
- Habilidad en el manejo de Pipeline.
- Conocimiento financiero.
- Excelentes habilidades de persuasión y comunicación efectiva.
- Orientado a los resultados y trabajo por objetivos.
- Experiência en ventas, prospección de clientes y cierres ( Hunter )
- Experiência en el entorno Tech y soluciones Fintech

**DESEABLE**:

- Idealmente experiência en Startup B2B de Tech.

NOTA: El Trabajador prestará sus servicios con la intensidad y esmero apropiados, en la forma y condiciones que el Patrón le indique, ejecutando todas las labores inherentes al puesto mencionado, y todas aquellas que se relacionen directa o indirectamente con su puesto, de acuerdo con el uso y la costumbre que el Patrón determine.
El Patrón queda facultado para sumar actividad dentro de las labores propias del puesto ya estipulado, siempre y cuando tales cambios no sean en perjuicio de su sueldo y se justifiquen de acuerdo con las necesidades del mercado, comerciales y de producción del Patrón, y para tal efecto el Trabajador acatará dichos cambios.
