Intake Specialist with Sales Ability

The Intake Specialist performstheir work under the direction of the Sales Team Lead.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
At least a bachelor’s degree; may be substituted by a proven prior customer service role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Convert lead into a prospect by qualifying them and converting a prospect into a paid consult with the attorney or sales by using the scripts, training, processes, and tools provided by the firm.
2. Gather all information and documents needed:
a. By the salesperson to make a sale, such as type of client, needs, pain points, questions, language
b. By the legal team to determine services needed, such as criminal, family, and immigration history, what they want to achieve, what have they tried in the past, why they called us and
c. By the marketing team to determine if the marketing works, such as the source of the lead, method of contact, number of calls needed to make the sale, and to thank a referral source if appropriate to ensure continued referrals. Also let marketing know what other service lead asked for that we don’t currently provide so that we can determine demand.
