**Descripción General del Puesto**:
Customer Success es el encargado de asegurar que los clientes tengan una experiência excepcional desde el momento en que compran nuestros productos hasta después de la compra. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar que los clientes se conviertan en promotores de la marca.

**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- **Seguimiento de Pedidos**: Proveer información precisa sobre el rastreo de pedidos.
- **Asesoría en Uso de Productos**: Brindar asesoría sobre cómo utilizar los productos adecuadamente.
- **Recopilación de Retroalimentación**: Facilitar un espacio para que los clientes den retroalimentación honesta sobre lo que les gusta y lo que no.
- **Implementación de Comentarios**: Asegurarse de que los comentarios de los clientes se tomen en serio y se utilicen para mejorar continuamente.
- **Ofertas Especiales**: Gestionar ofertas especiales para clientes VIP y mantener una comunicación personalizada con ellos.

**Requisitos del Puesto**:

- No se requiere experiência previa.
- Acceso a un teléfono y una computadora.
- Conocimiento básico de hojas de cálculo.
- Facilidad para aprender nuevos softwares.
- Sin requisito académico.

Sueldo: $3,966.06 - $20,691.78 al mes
