**KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**

**VENTAS INDUSTRIALES: GIRO EMPAQUE Y EMBALAJE**

Será el encargado de gestionar las relaciones comerciales con los clientes más importantes de la empresa. Su principal objetivo es asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, identificar oportunidades de negocio y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas en el ámbito de empaque y embalaje para industrias de diversos sectores, desde manufactura hasta logística y transporte.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Internacional o áreas afines.
- Formación adicional en técnicas de ventas, negociación o gestión de proyectos (deseable).
- Inglés avanzado para la gestión de cuentas internacionales y negociaciones con proveedores extranjeros.
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Deseable auto propio.

**Experiência Requerida**:

- **Experiência en el Sector**: Al menos 3-5 años de experiência en roles de ventas B2B o gestión de cuentas clave en la industria de empaque y embalaje industrial.
- **Conocimiento del Mercado Industrial**: Familiaridad con las necesidades de empaque en sectores industriales, incluyendo manufactura, automotriz, logística, alimentos y bebidas, entre otros.
- **Gestión de Proyectos**: Experiência en liderar proyectos de empaque para clientes industriales, desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la implementación de soluciones y evaluación de resultados.

**Habilidades y Competencias**:

- **Gestión de Cuentas Clave**: Experto en identificar, desarrollar y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con clientes estratégicos, asegurando su satisfacción y lealtad.
- **Desarrollo de Negocios**: Capacidad para detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro del sector industrial, ofreciendo soluciones innovadoras y rentables en empaque y embalaje.
- **Negociación**: Fuertes habilidades de negociación para cerrar contratos significativos y asegurar la rentabilidad de las cuentas clave.
- **Conocimiento Técnico**: Comprensión avanzada de los productos y soluciones de empaque y embalaje industrial, incluyendo materiales, maquinaria y tecnología aplicada.
- **Orientación a Resultados**: Enfoque en la consecución de metas comerciales, superando objetivos de ventas y crecimiento de cuentas clave.
- **Comunicación Efectiva**: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto internas como externas, facilitando la colaboración con los equipos de ventas, producción y logística.
- **Capacidad Analítica**: Habilidad para analizar datos de ventas, tendencias de mercado y rendimiento de cuentas clave para tomar decisiones informadas.

Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
