As a Junior Regional Marketing Manager oversee the Marketing strategy and plans for the region. You will report to Grouper Marketing Manager and it is based in CDMX #LI-Remote.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leads the development projects by identifying the market needs of customers to launch innovative products.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product and within budget by analyzing and integrating external customer specifications.
- Effectively suggest and support product directions and specifications as well as the design and implementation of moderate changes to existing products.
- Handling efficiently the portfolio and crafting efficiency indicators in technological innovation and new product launches.
- Coordinates the train sales staff, concessionaires, and end customers on the characteristics of our products and services.
- Gather requirements, define deployment strategy and development roadmap, and perform product demos to customers/team members
- Lead sprint planning, schedule and track project releases, act as a trainer and facilitator when required
- Successfully create and ensure access to training materials for the partners
- Run and commit to pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Be responsible for the presentation and follow-up of projects with directors for the approval of developments and technical and commercial negotiations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing or related
- 5+ years of experience in activities mentioned above in marketing and commercial responsibilities
- English speaker at fluid level
- Skills: Strategical thinking, communication, teamwork, proactive, conflicts resolution, energy and hands-on.
