Regional Sales Manager

As a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, you will develop a long-term strategy and goals to retain profitable accounts whilst targeting new customers, markets and new market segments.
You will report to Commercial Manager Auto Parts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To implement regional business plans to identify and new opportunities with current customers or new ones to increase the pipeline value in 30% by year.
- Build relationships with the most profitable customers
- Provide and accurate territory reporting and forecasting to management using CRM suite
- Efficient profitability and sales levels according to the team's goals.
- Drafting commercial proposals, contracts and review of price lists.
- Mentor sales representatives by developing sales strategies with customers.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Marketing, MBA.
- +2 years experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams in the chemicals or coatings industries
- Fluent English
- CRM software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc).
- Availability to travel.
