**What You’ll Do for Us**:
This role requires proven Channel Strategy and Execution understanding and a very solid system experience and perspective as well as highly developed strategic thinking and business analytics skills, combined with the ability to make complex business concepts understandable and compelling.
- Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, not least leading and smoothly running alignment and collaboration to ensure that Market Assets strategies are fully owned by GMs and the system.
- To be successful this role needs strong communication and collaboration skills as well as highly developed project management, business development and negotiation skills with experience from driving complex cross-functional, cross-system projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Drive equipment innovation (CDE, Racks, etc.) to better address shopper/consumer needs, as well as improve the economic equation for the System.
- Design and implement game-changing solutions (i.e. Smart Coolers) to turn the omnipresence of the System equipment in the market into a big data engine by leveraging IoT technology (cameras, sensors, etc.).
- Understand channel and customer segmentation and clusters characteristics to inform equipment design and fit for purpose (low cost, high end, etc.). Leverage advanced analytics for this purpose.
- Link with Marketing to understand product innovation and identify potential tweaks required in equipment to factor into the equipment innovation plan.
- Partner with equipment suppliers and Global Procurement to expand equipment offer (both, models and suppliers) and develop more efficient and effective models.
- The role is laid out as an individual contributor.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 5+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Planning and Commercial Execution with strong skills in Channel strategy, RTM/VTM, CCRM and Innovation.
- Proven System understanding including RTM and Customer knowledge, deep understanding of the complexities of the System processes and tools, to optimize solutions with our customers across channels.
- Advanced Data Analytics capacities. Ability to understand complex data and ability to explain to Customers, Bottlers, etc. in a way that is meaningful to their business needs.
