Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant.

**What you’ll do**:
Performs administrative duties for executive management located in Eaton’s Santa Fe Corporate offices (HR Country Director, HR Integration Leader & Oil & Gas Integration Leader) as well as administrative and office support activities for multiple Corporate HR Managers (OD, Compensation & Benefits, TAC). Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, travel reservations, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data, document translations, supervising other support staff, receiving and directing visitors and communications. Interaction with all plants in Mexico.

a) Office services coordination, such as budget administration from office cafeteria supplies, stationery supplies, maintenance equipment services, etc.
b) Performs administrative duties for executive management at Eaton Santa Fe's office. For all corporate office HR team and Commercial Area of Power Connection.
c) Responsible for several reports processing, PPT presentation creating and documents translations by data collection, information analysis and providing solution options for making decisions as necessary for HR, Commercial and Corporate Office.
d) Responsible for coordinate several administrative projects by managing, controlling and reporting.
e) Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
f) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Important liaison with all plants, customers (internal & external), commercial areas and all plants in Mexico.

**Qualifications**:
Fully bilingual skills, 1- 3 years of experience as bilingual administrative assistant required.

**Skills**:
Organization of different events like: Annual Incentive Trip for Customers, HR Annual Meeting, different Meetings & Courses in Corporate Office.
Manage of monthly, semestral and annual sales results information of the divisions, graphics & statistics; provide this information to each one of the Commercial Managers monthly.

Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication, Translations
Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, plants and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required
