**Technical Support & Customer Service**

- Descripción del puesto_
- Clasificar las llamadas de servicio según las opciones especificadas
- Realiza un seguimiento del progreso de una Llamada de servicio propia durante todo el ciclo de vida (desde el principio hasta el final, desde el registro hasta el cierre) para garantizar que se resuelva dentro del Acuerdo de nível de servicio (SLA) acordado y actualiza los registros de llamada de servicio si es necesario.
- Cerrar llamada de servicio Comunicación (interna/externa) sobre llamadas de servicio, por ejemplo, comunica el estado de la llamada de servicio directamente con el cliente o transmite a una audiencia más amplia según lo definido por SLA.
- Informe sobre llamadas de servicio
- Comunicar los tiempos de respuesta de los tickets despachados a los clientes.
- Administre todo el proceso de solicitud de servicio asegurando el cumplimiento de SLA
- Ejecutar solicitudes de servicio, como configurar cuentas de NT/Outlook según el SLA
**Requisitos**:
- Imprescindible experiência en soporte técnico o call center.
- Se requieren habilidades para resolver problemas.
- Experiência con Sistemas operativos: Windows, Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, servidores: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008,
- Herramientas de emisión de tickets de ITSM como Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
- Creación de cuentas de usuario para Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, listas de distribución Aplicaciones de conectividad de escritorio remoto como SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting y herramientas nativas de Windows MS Office Suite (XP, 2003, 2007): navegadores de Internet MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project y MS Visio (por ejemplo, Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
- Aplicaciones de conectividad de escritorio remoto como SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools
- Dispuesto a trabajar en turnos rotativos (5 días de la semana de lunes a domingo, 8 horas al día)
- Nível de inglés hablado y escrito avanzado
- Trabajo en sitio (Guadalajara)
