**Conocimientos y experiência necesaria**:

- Un desarrollador de Salesforce desarrollará soluciones personalizadas dentro de la plataforma Salesforce.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en desarrollo de Salesforce.
- Comprensión de estándares de codificación, implementación, Apex, VF, Salesforce Lightning, implementaciones de seguridad.
- La experiência en iluminación de Salesforce es obligatoria (Lightning Design System (LDS) y desarrollo de componentes Lightning, incluido LWC)
- Comprensión de los límites del gobernador
- Tiene experiência en la redacción de clases de Apex, páginas de Visual Force, activadores de Apex y controladores.
- Fluido con SOSL/SOQL y flujos de trabajo
- Experiência práctica con herramientas como Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, kit de herramientas AJAX
- Tiene experiência en la migración de todas las personalizaciones, incluidas configuraciones personalizadas, paquetes y otros objetos desde Sandbox al entorno de producción.
- Personalizaciones de informes, paneles, flujos de trabajo, procesos de aprobación
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo en un entorno diverso o de múltiples partes interesadas.
- Desarrollar, configurar y mantener los objetos funcionales de Salesforce Core.
- Personalizar campos de objetos, diseños de páginas, tipos de registros, búsquedas, vistas de listas, etc. (que pueden incluir, cuando corresponda, el uso de Lightning, Visualforce y/o Apex)
- Crear y administrar reglas de flujo de trabajo, validaciones de datos, activadores y personalizaciones de objetos cuando sea necesario o apropiado.
- Participando en diseños y desarrollos de integración.
- Participar en el proceso de desarrollo ágil cuando corresponda/apropiado
- Comunicarse y coordinarse con el cliente y los equipos Onshore. Inglés Avanzado.
