The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking a skilled sales professional to support the AMER business in positioning and selling the Signature Success Plan to customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering Salesforce's most proactive and personalized support experience through the Signature bundle of Success Manager, Mission Critical Support, and Proactive Monitoring.

This sales role requires the ability to scope opportunities and position the value proposition for Signature with internal and external customers. The successful candidate will ensure that customers invest in the appropriate support offering and resource mix, driving target attainment and YoY growth in Signature revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or services, with a proven track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and influencing without authority. They will also possess excellent relationship-building skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding presentation skills.

The selected candidate will collaborate effectively with internal partners, including License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery, to address and resolve customer or sales issues. Travel up to 20% is required for this role.
