Latin America Commercial Attorney | Salesforce Mexico

About the Role
As a seasoned attorney with a focus on commercial law, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Salesforce's Latin America Sales and Professional Services organizations. You will be responsible for structuring commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements with customers, and ensuring that these agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft master subscription, professional services, and other types of agreements with customers in support of Latin America Sales and Professional Services organizations.
- Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, pricing organizations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are aligned with internal corporate policies and processes.
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal business constituents throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure customer success and protection of Salesforce.
- Ensure negotiations are conducted in line with our core values of trust and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Licensed to practice law in Mexico.
- At least 5 years of law practice in Mexico in a law firm and/or in-house.
- Experience negotiating and drafting technology agreements.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- A highly responsive and service-oriented attitude.
- The ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- The ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal clients and peers.
- Familiarity with technical concepts in Web applications.
- Sound and practical business judgment.
Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards and location. The actual salary may vary based on individual circumstances.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico. This role will be based in Mexico City and requires an individual who is bilingual in English and Spanish.
