Tus retos:
- Monitoreo, realizar acciones correctivas y preventivas ante posibles incidentes en las diferentes plataformas de los proyectos, atendiendo en tiempo y forma las necesidades de estas.
- Monitoreo de plataformas
- Soporte de primer nível a aplicaciones
- Generar consultas SQL para la creación de reportes
- Documentación de incidentes
- Atención y documentación de tickets
Esta posición es para ti:
- Ingeniero en software o carrera afín
- Experiência en apuestas deportivas
- Bases de datos relacionales PostgreSQL
- Administración de servidores: Windows/Linux
- Monitoreo de sistemas: Prometheus, Grafana
- Excel Intermedio
- Clientes API REST: Postman, Insomnia
- Sistema de tickets: Freshdesk, Zedesk
- AWS básico
