We are a technology provider for fuel dispensers with integrated solutions from the tank to the convenience store.
Our purpose is to provide exceptional technical support to our valuable customers at points of sale and service terminals, as well as to our authorized service contractors. That's why we are seeking talent for the position of
**Telephone Support Advisor / Fuel Equipment / Remote**
Position Objective:
In this role, your purpose will be to quickly diagnose issues and respond to customer inquiries regarding our systems, ensuring that their sites return to full functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch operational and technical assistance to end-users of dispensers and point-of-sale passport systems, as well as other products and services related to the company.
- Coordinate and efficiently manage our Authorized Service Contractors.
- Monitor and resolve tasks and alarms daily, paying constant attention to details.
- Meet departmental indicators for average handling time and productivity, ensuring swift and effective service.
- Maintain high standards of call quality and adhere to the call auditing process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Invest in your professional growth by continuously increasing your product knowledge through on-the-job training and self-study.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support within a call center.
- Proficiency in advanced English is essential, as we provide services to clients in the United States.
- Customer service-oriented attitude, committed to providing the best possible customer experience.

- Gross Salary: $22,000.
