**Sales Advisor - CDMX**

**Responsabilidades**
- Asegurar la excelencia en ejecución e implementación de las actividades marca-canal asignadas a su zona.
- Monitoreo de la correcta asignación de recursos.
- Aplicar actividades tácticas efectivas en cada uno de los puntos de venta a su cargo.
- Asegurar la cobertura de venta de su territorio / cartera de clientes asignados
- Supervisar, dirigir y capacitar a todo su reporte directo ( Promotores, demostradoras, supervisores)
- Realizar revisiones de negocio trimestrales en su top 20 tiendas
- Gestión y promoción de actividades enfocadas a incrementar el sell out de portafolio de Bayer CC como: exhibiciones adicionales, planogramas, colocación de material PdV, exhibición en área no natural de las marcas.
- Diseñar, en conjunto con su supervisor, planes con clientes asignados así como administración del presupuesto de rebates y seguimiento de presupuesto de trade asignado (si opera)

**Quién eres**
- Licenciatura en cualquier área. Titulado.
- Un mínimo de 3 años de experiência en área de ventas campo y con cliente de negociación directa
- Habilidades de comunicación con diferentes níveles de personal de tienda y clientes a diferentes níveles
- Experiência en supervisión y manejo de equipos de promotoria y demostradoras
- Manejo de eventos en punto de venta, activaciones, organización de entrenamientos a clientes
- Negociador, hands on, organizado y con habilidad numérica para manejar cuotas, materiales, enfoque en resultados, etc.
- Experiência en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel y Power Point)
- Negociador responsable de ventas, presupuestos, cuotas, actividades con clientes.
