Nuestro User Acquisition Responsible es el encargado de optimizar los funnels de adquisición, activación y engagement transversal de usuarios en la super app de Spin Plus, alineado a los objetivos de volumen en el plan de negocios, y a las metas de engagement.

Será responsable de:

- Definir y actualizar la estrategia de optimización de funnels de adquisición, activación, uso y retención de usuarios
- Ejecutar la estrategia de journeys y ejecutar canales de adquisición para maximizar el uso en la super app de acuerdo a las metas
- Ejecutar campañas digitales para asegurar uso y recurrencia
- Definir ajustes a distintas áreas para optimizar funnels, por ejemplo, adquisición, producto, front, back, modelos de datos, entre otros.
- Responsable de optimizar los funnels que tocan propiedades digitales (sitio web, redes sociales) y apps (Spin Plus, Spin by OXXO, otras)
- Responsable de definir los loops de crecimiento entre canales de adquisición y propiedades web y apps
- Responsable de determinar, priorizar e incubar iniciativas de crecimiento, y de coordinar su ejecución
- Responsable de mantener trackeo y generación de información necesaria para ejecutar sus tareas
- Coordinar rituales de ejecución con stakeholders diversos para mantener una ejecución integral entre áreas, a través de canales y segmentos
- Cumplir con los objetivos de uso de usuarios

Para tener éxito en el rol:

- 4+ años de experiência, combinando consultoría, y áreas de crecimiento/growth/marketing en startups
- Ha diseñado y ejecutado estrategias de optimización de funnels
- Uso de herramientas básicas para análisis de datos en marketing (SQL, GA, Amplitude)
- Experiência con optimización de CAC y optimización de funnels de clientes a escala
- Excelentes habilidades de organización, con la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y priorizar.
- Conocimiento en la gestión de cuotas, resultados y objetivos individuales y de equipo.
- Experiência trabajando con agencias digitales y creativas
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, con un alto grado de colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.
- Comprobada habilidad de comunicación a todos los níveles (verbal y no verbal).
- Capacidad de adaptarse al cambio, planearlo y transmitirlo a sus stakeholders de una manera ágil y eficiente.
- Altamente orientado a objetivos como parte de su trabajo y planeación.
- Resiliente al cambio, adaptarse, motivarse para lograr el éxito
