Join Our Team as a Sales Executive

We are in full expansion and are looking for a motivated and talented Sales Executive to open new markets and take our solutions to the next level.

**What will you do?**
- Develop Strategies: You will identify and develop strategies to open new markets and segments.
- Generate Opportunities: You will seek and generate new business opportunities through research, networking and active prospecting.
- Close Sales: You will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on meeting and exceeding your objectives.
- Build Relationships: You will establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate: You will work closely with the marketing and product development team to align strategies and value propositions.

You will be trained in cutting-edge IT products

**What are we looking for?**
- _Studies_: Bachelor's degree in Economics - Administrative areas or Systems or Telecommunications engineering completed.
- _English:_ Bilingual
- _Experience: _Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the maquiladora industry, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- _Communication Skills:_ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- _Results Orientation: _Strong focus on results and proven skills to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- _Adaptability: _Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and quickly learn about new products and solutions.
- _Network of Contacts:_ Extensive network of contacts in the IT sector is an advantage.
