Electrification Sales Executive

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Electrification team as a Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Selling Electrification products to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to understand their needs and promote ABB's complete product offering.
- Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls.
- Creatings added value for customers and ABB, ensuring successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals using effective sales techniques.
Requirements
- Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Commercial experience selling Electrification products, particularly in the Hospitality sector (Hotels, Hospitals, Malls, Multi-purpose buildings, Commercial Buildings).
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, negotiation, empathy, and communication skills.
- Advanced English level.
