Misión del puesto:
es el responsable de la organización de todo lo relacionado al departamento, de la supervisión de todo el personal a su cargo, así como también mantener todos los estándares estipulados para esta área así mismo de darle solución personalizada a cualquier inquietud o solicitud del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:
1.Seguir y cumplir los horarios y la programación establecida.

2.Delegar funciones y responsabilidades específicas al personal a su cargo.

3.Supervisar el buen funcionamiento de las aéreas del departamento.

4.Manejar y tener conocimiento del sistema de reservas y asignación de habitaciones.

5.Mantener en buen estado todo su material de trabajo y reportar cualquier anomalía en el área.

6.Promueve entre el personal una cultura de servicio personalizado, cortesía y el cumplimiento estricto de las políticas y procedimientos de operación del área, predicando con el ejemplo. Además de verificar las ejecuciones de la entrega de servicios definidos en cada área.

¿Qué buscamos?
- Lic. en hotelería, carrera técnica en administración o afín
- Experiência en el puesto mínima de 1 año
- Dominio del idioma inglés (hablado y escrito)
- Manejo de paquetería office (sistema operativo de recepción)
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente
