Cprime Mexico has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Occasionally, our teams have the option to meet in-person for team meetings, collaboration, or social events.

Join Cprime as a Global Compensation, Career and Benefits Specialist where you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our worldwide job leveling structure, compensation system, and rewards program. Your role will encompass leading compensation cycles, offering strategic guidance on benefits, and driving engagement through innovative rewards initiatives. You'll be the focal point for educating HR teams, business leaders, and employees on our Compensation and Benefits model.

This role will be located in Mexico and is a 100% remote role. Also keep in mind that currently this will be a 'doer' role and not a manager or leader role.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our global job leveling structure, global job library, and global compensation structure.
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of our global compensation cycles for base and non-sales variable pay.
- Lead the global rewards and recognition program (currently managed through HiThrive).
- Offer thought leadership on compensation and benefits strategy and execution, developing models that enable business results, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Lead the training of People/HR teams, business leaders, and team members on our Compensation and Benefits model.
- Assist or lead benefits administration globally.
- Support onboarding newly acquired entities globally and their integration into our job, compensation, and benefits structure.
- Analyze and interpret various types of HR/People analytics to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions related to Compensation and Benefits.
- Provide timely information and education for all levels on Compensation and Benefits matters.
- Collaborate with the global People/HR team on projects and initiatives to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- 10+ years demonstrated and recognized success as compensation expert, managing global job and comp structures as well as pay planning cycles for base and variable pay.
- Experience with working with American companies and global team environments, collaborating across geographies and other HR Centers of Excellence.
- Professional or higher English skills

**Educations and certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
