Compensation Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Compensation Strategy Analyst to join our team at Incode Technologies. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Compensation Strategist to work directly with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and business teams, to understand talent needs and align rewards strategies with business goals. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, collaborating on projects, and analyzing data to inform compensation decisions.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement market-competitive compensation and benefits programs to drive business outcomes.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop strategic recommendations for executive-level approval based on analysis and industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure alignment between compensation and benefits strategies and business objectives.
- Communicate compensation and benefits information effectively to various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience scaling compensation programs during periods of significant company growth.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to handle sensitive data and information with confidentiality.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic start-up environment.
