**Required education**: Bachelors degree is bussines administration, logistics, or any related field
**Experience, Knowledge and skills**:
- +3 years of experience in customer service positions
- Excellent written and spoken comunication skills
- Ability to multi-task, desire to serv customers and solve problems
- English 90%
**Key activities and responsabilities**:
- Provide customer support to a set list of customer accounts
- Maintenance and understanding of customer demands
- Manage customer shipments and communicates whit areas that impact demand and or/ shipments
- Develop inventory, production and delivery plans for the customer
- Assisst in new part introduction projects
- Other activities as asigned
