We are looking for a fully remote SDR in Latin America, though Sao Paulo or Mexico City based is a bonus.

**What you will be doing**:

- Responsible for creating a pipeline of qualified opportunities for designated Latin American markets including but not limited to Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Brazil.
- Manage inbound lead flow daily and efficiently qualify inbound leads based on business needs and revenue potential.
- Develop and implement effective outbound strategies to prospect and target new accounts
- Effectively manage your time, calendar and tasks every day.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with our potential customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide an outstanding first exposure to Instructure and our solutions, you are the face of Instructure.
- Strategize and collaborate with your sales colleagues to build new ideas and plans. You will help identify target accounts and how we should prospect into them.
- Meet and exceed quarterly quotas for your assigned markets - meetings booked, qualified pipeline and revenue generated and maintain healthy conversions.
- Provide regular and accurate forecasts, ensuring that there is enough pipeline coverage in order to meet assigned revenue quotas.

**What we're looking for**:

- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese - both verbal and written
- A hard working, self-motivated person that is motivated to exceed expectations.
- Someone with a relentless, positive attitude that doesn’t take no for an answer
- Coachable - you welcome and implement feedback
- A minimum of 1 + years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, edtech is a bonus
- Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified timeframes.
- Experience selling software products and services is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and use of that knowledge to sell to prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred, but not needed.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
