HR and Administrative Assistant Manager Bilingual

**JM PMS America** is seeking a highly organized and dynamic HR and Administrative Assistant Manager to play a crucial role in our business expansion into Monterrey, Mexico.
**Responsibilities**: Actively support our executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling essential communications.
1. Develop and implement human resources and administrative management systems for the Mexico branch according to local laws and company requirements.
2. Build and establish functional and management teams for the Mexico branch.
3. Recruit and supplement the sales and customer service teams in Mexico.
4. Manage daily human resources activities, including attendance, on-site management, payroll calculation, and employee relations.
5. Complete organizational development, training arrangements, and external affairs management tasks as required by the headquarters.
6. Oversee local administrative affairs, including office environment maintenance and procurement of supplies.
7. Maintain effective relationships with local governmental departments, including commerce and human resources.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, any major (preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields).
2. At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Mexico.
3. Familiar with local HR and administrative policies and procedures in Mexico.
4. Language skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
5. Background on electrical or mechanical engineering related field is preferred.
