En este rol, serás responsable de asegurar que los estándares de servicio diarios se cumplan, mientras realizas distintas actividades en apoyo a nuestro equipo de People Operations a lo largo de la región Latinoamericana.

**Lo que harás**:

- Promover una cultura de excelencia en el servicio al cliente y mejora continua de los procesos, y manejar situaciones complejas con preguntas/solicitudes de empleados, People Leaders y HR Partners.
- Enlace entre distintos grupos de clientes y HR Partners para guiar, dirigir y/o resolver procesos clave del Lifecycle de los empleados.
- Punto de contacto ante escalaciones de People Operations relacionadas con procesos del servicio de proveedores.
- Compartir con el equipo de RH actualizaciones y cambios en los procesos pertenecientes al equipo de People Operations.
- Coordinar sesiones de capacitacion y workshops, apoyo en la creación y actualización de material para capacitaciones.
- Apoyo en las comunicaciones a Empleados/RH, como cambios en políticas y procesos, anuncios y newsletters.

**Lo que necesitas tener**:

- Carrera universitaria concluida.
- Fluente en Inglés y Español, hablado y escrito.
- Experiência previa en HR Operations, o bien en un ambiente enfocado al servicio al cliente, deseable en una compañía multinacional.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como compañero de equipo en un entorno de trabajo constantemente en cambio.
- Fuertes habilidades para la solución de problemas, identificación de áreas de oportunidad, estandarización y simplificación de procesos.
- Conocimientos actualizados referente a legislaciones y regulaciones locales.

**Sería bueno que tuvieras**:

- Experiência trabajando con el sistema Workday.
- Habilidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas tecnologías.
- Portugués conversacional.
