About the role:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer prospect inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales manager
- Update clinic/prospect profile in Zoho
- Generate reports requested by sales managers
- Prepare presentations for sales meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for sales managers
- Implement policies set by the sales manager
- Assist with the development of promotions
- Perform market research
- Help develop sales strategies

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Attend regular team meetings
- Prevent unsound or unethical business practices
- Submit on time expense reports for reimbursements and complete other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’s sales and revenue objectives
- Help building the world’s largest global medical marketplace

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, sales support representative, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems -Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Bilingual
- High school degree or higher
- Previous experience working in a sales environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Creative problem-solving skills EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

- High-speed internet connection
- Reliable computer with webcam and microphone interface
- Up-2-date mobile device with 4G data capability

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
