Team Introduction
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.

**Responsibilities**:
Creators are at the center of our operations. Through professional creator agencies and MCNs in the content business, especially those that specialize in livestreaming, we are building scale and democratization of the LIVE business. In this role of Agency Business Development Manager, you will carry out two main sets of responsibilities that will drive business growth in a sustainable way.
1. Agency Business Positioning
- Strategize and execute TikTok LIVE Agency Program positioning in high potential business source industries.
- Carry on online and offline industry penetration campaigns to further enlarge LIVE Agency business awareness and potential sourcing.

2. Agency Business Development
- Contribute to the development of agency business growth strategy: Actively participate in formulating strategies aimed at expanding TikTok Live's presence in Spanish-speaking LATAM, focusing on the needs of the local market.
- Propose, search and identify sourcing industries and business leads among diverse online and offline channels, such as webinars, conferences, offline events and other communities.
- Facilitate Agency Onboarding to TikTok Live: Drive efforts to onboard agencies onto the TikTok Live platform by providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure a seamless transition and successful integration through a streamlined BD successful operational process.
- Design TikTok LIVE LATAM's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping agencies scale up in their business on the platform.
- Collaborate closely with agency management and other related teams to ensure proper recruitment, alignment, retainment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business or Marketing with more than 3 years of experience in B2B sales or entrepreneurial industry.
- Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and data-driven operation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
