How will you make an impact in this role?
This position, Growth Manager will be in charge of defining the future of new lending Model. Using a strong external view to understand consumer needs and new trends on financial and everyday spend behavior, as well as how Amex can continue offering powerful banking in new solutions.
He/She will be responsible of defining and building on new structured ways of delivering lending services and new product enhancements. This position will be reporting to lending Director and should be accountable to manage his own pipeline in Innovation.
A growth manager's role is to find and test new ways to attract, engage, and retain customers for a business. They use data and analytics to understand the customer journey, the market trends, and the competitive landscape. This Manager is always looking for opportunities to improve the product, the marketing channels, and the user experience to drive more conversions and loyalty.
This Manager will be closely working with will Lending HQ Central Team and as well as key cross functional local partners, including, Risk, Finance, Pricing, Servicing, EDA, GCI, GCO, Compliance, central lending teams.
Digital Marketing is required to ensure success of this product, media management and user experience optimization is a must in the skillset needed. To manage and optimize various marketing campaigns, from paid search and social media to affiliate and retargeting campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Project management skills are also required to ensure the build of the process, execution and engagement with all functional areas is optimal.

Expert on creating Cost and benefit Analysis for the Innovation Ideas
Qualifications
Advanced English
Digital Channels management and Digital performance.
Growth Marketing.
Product and business strategy.
Strategy design, planning and execution: Strong strategic thinker with track record of developing and implementing strategies that thoughtfully consider and balance industry and competitive dynamics, customer insights and commercial implications.
UX knowledge.
Digital marketing proven experience.
Digital project management.
Experience in financial services, fintech, product management and high level of fluency in P&L drivers.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly analytical with experience leveraging different types of data to form hypotheses, test hypotheses and ultimately build a recommended strategy.
Proven track record of identifying customer insights to build a strategy.
High collaboration skills and easy to make relationships inside and outside the organization.
