**Job Summary**:
Incumbent support Sales Department to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals. Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Incumbent role include a function of cost analysis, market study, price definition and sales support, responding to various requests for service and quotes in the Laboratory division, and assists in the optimization of local and export management and sales processes. plants in the USA and Mexico to the Latin American region.
- Manage Distributors, Agents and Final Costumers databases in the e$P, ERP, CRM systems, or internal directories in Mexico and USA.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and quotas on all distributors of CCSA.
- Support to the Export Manager in capturing customer orders, credit notes, debit notes and file. In charge of logistics to ship catalogs, CD’s, samples, promotional labels, etc., by courier to customers and distributors.
- Develop, monitor and / or send press releases, newsletters and different letters that are required for Distributors, Pharma Agents, Direct Customers, Internal Customers or Suppliers.
- Prepare monthly sales presentations and graphics for Latin America to the executive boards. Also Presentations of training and market situations as required.
- Consolidate monthly reports of sales to CCSA Avantor Avantor USA and Mexico, and design graphics of sale by country.
- Updating price lists, databases master and produce tables for the price and margin analysis by the Managers of Sales and Export for Lab and Pharma lines, of the Mexico & USA plants.
- Document management of Sales Manager and control the files of price lists, quotes, presentations, agreements, press releases, customer letters, etc. Translation of many of these documents.
- Support the travel logistics of the Management of Sales and Exports, international meetings, customer visits, an annual event Distributors, among others, in terms of invitations, agendas, minutes tracking, processing requests, check requests and reimbursement of expenses.
- Follow up with the Marketing Area the customer requirements to update their data in the website, the price justification letters, track code changes, and promotion of slow or non-moving items in Mexico and USA plants.
- Support to Sales Manager for efficient use and management software price e$P system, Master Control USA plant, and import-export market software, or SAP in Mexico plant.
- Report of facility failures in the Commercial Area, with monitoring and closed to the Maintenance Department.
- Perform other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS **(Education/training, experience, and certifications)
- Degree in (Science, Exports, Business, Marketing or International Trade), or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years of experience in distribution or pharmaceutical industry, preferably
- Experience in business-to-business sales preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience preparing quotes, proposals

**KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES **(Those necessary to perform the job competently)
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must
- Microsoft Office
- ERP como SAP, AS400, u otros, preferible
- Knowledge working in an ISO 9000, GMP, 5S’s, industry, preferable

**ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT **(Under typical positions)

Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.

Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
