**This position reports to**:
Procurement & Logistics Specialist

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the sales process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
- The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
- This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement and Analytics in Mexico. Main stakeholders are in ABB USA.
- You will be mainly accountable for:

- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries. Reviewing the quality of the sales process and be a liaison between Customer Service Representatives, Customers, Factories and Sales Channel Partners.
- Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are at ease communicating in English (in a fluent level)
- You have 1-2 years of experience in positions related to customer service and/or purchasing.
- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge in Purchase Orders is valuable.
- Possess a knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree completed is needed.
- You hold current american visa and passport is desirable.
