**Perfil del Candidato**

Gusto por las ventas, entiende la importancia de estar en contacto con otras culturas, quiere generar un impacto positivo en la sociedad a través de la educación, es el tipo de persona que busca soluciones, hace que las cosas se den, encuentra satisfacción en la consecución de objetivos y tiene entendimiento de el negocio. Es auto motivado(a), en búsqueda de un crecimiento constante y creativo a la hora de pensar en nuevas formas de generar oportunidades.

**Día a Día**
- Prospectar leads generados por marketing digital hasta el cierre.
- Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con escuelas, empresas y relaciones personales.
- Atender a eventos relacionados con la industria como ferias estudiantiles, expos, eventos, seminarios Zoom.
- Administrar correctamente la información relacionada con los estudiantes en el CRM.
- Realizar +50 llamadas al día para apoyar a estudiantes con sus planes y contactar escuelas.
- Relaciones públicas con escuelas locales y nuestros partners en el extranjero.
- Entregar reporte semanal y pipe a su gerente.
- Responsable de cumplir con las cuotas mensuales otorgadas por la empresa.
- Cargar documentos de admisión.
- Brindar asesoría y soporte al cliente.
- Colaborar con la elaboración del plan comercial.
- Generar ideas creativas para alcanzar las metas.
- Comunicación con el área de admisiones.
- Tomar capacitaciones PANDA y estar abierto a aprendizaje continuo.

Estarás a cargo de proyectar y ofertar cursos de idiomas, de crear experiências y de servicio al cliente, marketing digital, llamadas en frio, crear oportunidades de negocio, establecer relaciones comerciales con empresas, escuelas y universidades de la zona.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura Concluida: Mercadotecnia, Administración, Relaciones Internacionales, Recursos Humanos, Turismo, Hotelería o afín.
- Edad: entre 22 y 28 años.
- Ingles: Avanzado, 80% (oral y escrito)
- Preferentemente haya trabajado en ventas o sea afín al área.
- Preferentemente haya tenido una experiência académica en el extranjero.

**Habilidades**

Auto motivado, orientado a cumplir metas, negociación, ventas, trabajo en equipo, comunicación, creatividad.
