Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving the growth of our staffing services by developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships. This role is key to our company's success, requiring a deep understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to provide solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic marketing.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with precision and efficiency.
- Understand the specific requirements of clients in various industries and tailor staffing solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure that client demands for talent are met promptly and accurately.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to capture new business.
- Attend industry-specific conferences and events to enhance networking and business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in the staffing industry, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of staffing processes and client industries, including IT, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation, energy, and a results-driven approach.
- This position may require travel to client sites and industry events.
