**The Role**: As our B2B Sales Representative, your primary mission is to drive growth through aggressive prospecting of new customers and nurturing existing relationships. Take the lead in redefining how businesses connect with our diverse product range. **Responsibilities**

**Sales Mastery & Growth**: Drive sales from new customers and cultivate existing relationships to surpass ambitious sales targets. Actively pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and others. Set meetings with potential customers, delivering compelling product presentations to secure deals and contribute to revenue growth. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences, actively contributing to Birdman's presence and network.

**Optimized Operations**: Ensure optimal stock availability for sales and demonstrations, strategically managing product visibility and accessibility. Efficiently manage customer orders, from registration in the ERP system to seamless settlement, invoicing, and meticulous database management.

**Negotiation & Resolution Mastery**: Negotiate and close deals, proficiently handling customer complaints or objections to secure successful outcomes. Gather valuable feedback and opinions from current or prospective customers, actively sharing insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.

**Data-Driven Performance**: Conduct thorough market research to identify sales opportunities and comprehensively assess customer needs, providing a foundation for strategic decision-making. Create regular reviews and reports, integrating financial and sales data insights, empowering the team to adapt and optimize sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Foundation**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, commercial relationships, or a related field. Your academic journey has equipped you with the knowledge to excel in the dynamic world of sales.
- **Proven Sales Prowess**: Demonstrable experience as a sales executive or in a relevant position showcases your ability to navigate and succeed in the sales landscape.
- **Tech-Driven and Analytical Navigator**: Proficient in advanced Excel, and practical experience with CRM software adds depth to your sales toolkit, demonstrating your ability to leverage technology for sales success.
