**We offer**:

- Base Salary of $10,000.00 to $12,000.00.
- Performance-based bonus based on achievement and results ($1,500).

- Working Hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m

**For us it is important that you possess the following requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service through phone calls.
- Advanced English.
- Sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**What activities will you be performing?**
- Provide customer support by addressing their inquiries, concerns, or issues and providing a satisfactory solution.
- Create tickets for proper management of customer requests.
- Provide attention and follow up to suppliers (logistics companies).
- Provide assistance to customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying key customer requests.
