Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Genpact LLC.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely communication to customers, including written correspondence, phone calls, and electronic exchanges.
- Enter a high volume of incoming orders into the SAP system accurately and promptly.
- Manage orders from entry through invoicing, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with planning and distribution teams to expedite shipments and coordinate backorders.
- Collaborate with pricing teams to obtain quotes and validate customer pricing.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions to customer complaints regarding services, billing, and other concerns.
- Utilize data sources to implement efficient logistical processes for product delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Manufacturing industry or B2B experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of SAP experience preferred.

Working Conditions:
This role requires working in person at our Genpact LLC location. We offer a competitive salary range of $$15,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
