**Job Description Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide support to CMDX Office and administrative assistance to 3 business leaders. Should not include calendar management and other "personal support" agenda.
- Support the Executives in Mexico: travel logistics, POA management, events, executive visits, vendor management.
- Site Admin Assistant
- executive visits/events.
- CDMX Office Supplies management (paper, coffee, etc.)
- Purchase Order Management for GE Benefits in Mexico.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid role, it is required to be at the office Mon-Thursday or as required depending on business needs.

**Required Qualifications**
- Must be fluent in English
- Availability to travel ~10% a year
- This role requires basic experience in the Digital Technology & Administrative Support. Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
