Principales responsabilidades
- Control de la oficina en general
- Control de suministros y papelería
- Apoyo con proveedores
- Administración de presupuestos y Cash flow
- Administración de contratos de arrendamiento
- Expenses reports
- Coordinación de coffebreaks
- Seguimiento a clientes internos y externos a nível global
- Apoyo con expatriados (mudanzas, flotilla de autos, departamentos, etc)
- Seguimientos de temas de back office
- Seguimiento de llamadas y correos
- Presentaciones a nível dirección
**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
- Inglés avanzado indispensable
- Resolución de problemas

**Qué Ofrecemos**:
