**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **Account Specialist - Landing Direct** to join our team and help build out this new business unit at Landing. As an account specialist, you'll help assist with our sale, onboarding, and partner management processes alongside our sales, operations, and technology teams. This is a business and customer-facing role, requiring strong written and verbal communication.

**About the Team**:
You will be joining a lean team of fast-moving operators who are building the future of Landing's business model. The team is singularly focused on building a world-class experience for both property partners and members through great technology and consistent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with team to refine and scale partner onboarding flow
- Work in real-time to solve member, property, and internal problems as they arise
- Assist with ad-hoc requests necessary to run the Direct business

**What You Need**:

- 1 year of sales/, operations, and/or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in stakeholder/account management
- Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest/ experience in tech and/or real estate preferred
- Fluent in conversational English with strong written and verbal communication skills
