Incrementar ventas Ganando, desarrollando y manteniendo la participación de las líneas estratégicas de Werfen, mediante argumentos técnicos/científicos diferenciales, vinculados a las cuentas prioritarias (Tier1,2), en coordinación estrecha con el Product Specialist, MSL, KAE, y el RSM.

Desarrollar acciones para crecimiento en venta de los productos estratégicos en base a la línea de negocio asignada

  • Acciones de Desplazamiento vs competencia y mapeos de cuentas en el territorio asignado.
  • Implementar la estrategia de la unidad de negocio con los clientes asignados
  • Identificar y documentar (correo, actividad, CRM, otros) oportunidades en la cartera de clientes de la región asignada.
  • Identificar y/o crear necesidades de productos estratégicos para la organización con un valor diferencial
  • Fomentar comunicación correcta y efectiva con la comunidad clínica.
  • Organizar y participar en eventos de difusión científica (Jornadas clínicas, talleres, mesas redondas, webex, entre otros.) en coordinación con la Business Unit
  • Ligar las actividades realizadas con las oportunidades creadas por los Key Account Executive o Key Account Manager en CRM, usando herramientas de venta como “Value Selling”
  • Tener conocimiento de la competencia del Mercado de la Salud en México.
  • Cumplir los procesos vigentes de la compañía.
  • Negociar y manejar objeciones adecuadamente.
  • Cumplir las políticas de compliance.
  • Realizar demostración de producto, reactivos y software
  • Asesorar a los clientes en conseguir la mejor configuración de equipos y reactivos para garantizar la productividad óptima/ máxima.
  • Asegurar que los equipos estén funcionando con el cliente al 100% los 365 días del año en responsabilidad conjunta con soporte clínico.
  • Crear y enviar al Regional Sales Manager Forecast de Ventas semanal, mensual, anual de su línea de producto.
  • Colaborar en conjunto con el Key Account Executive El Forecast de Ventas semanal, mensual, anual de su línea de producto.

  • Conocimiento del negocio profundo de la línea de negocio a su cargo.
  • Atención al detalle, Inteligencia emocional, escucha activa, empatía, manejo de situaciones complejas y seguimiento.
  • Detectar, negociar, debatir, defender las soluciones de Werfen versus la competencia.
  • Crear necesidades para inclusión de productos de alto valor médico para la compañía.
